3. How do I transfer my membership to Church of Singapore

1. You will need to attend an interview with one of the church elders or deacons.                        
     your application will be approved subject to interviewer's recommendation

2. If you are not baptised in Church of Singapore, please state where                                      
    and when you were baptised 

3. If you are a member of another church, please state reasons for application to be a
    member of our church. Please also obtain a letter of transfer from your pastor 
    and submit it together with the membership form.
